Our daughter-in-law used Best Event Rentals for her wedding on our farm in Eaton. Tent, tables, chairs, and misc other goods. They provided a beautiful, clean, nearly new, gorgeous tent for the reception. They set it up and took it down and worked as a cheerful team doing so and clearly followed OSHA standards with great care for the safety of each employee. We were treated with respect and they made very effort to make our experience with them the best possible. We would highly recommend them and will encourage our future brides and families using our farm (Harmon Farms) for their weddings and events to do the same. Best Event recently facilitated our daughter's wedding. I could not have been happier with the service we received. I worked with Heather and she was very helpful and made excellent suggestions. She brought up issues that I had not even thought of. It was an evening wedding in our backyard with over 120 guests, we rented tents, lights, tables, chairs, sound system , linens, dance floor, and a chill n fill table. Heather helped me with all the choices and it was beautiful. The staff set up two days before the wedding which gave us a chance to try different configurations with the tables. I recently rented a 40x60 tent and lights and generators from them for my August 20th wedding. From the site check to set up they were awesome to work with. Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and helpful, particularly Heather and Tricia. The rentals were great quality and I would reccomend them 100% for any event rental needs.

I rented a chocolate fountain from Best Event Rentals for a sorority event, and I would definitely recommend this company! The staff was extremely nice and helpful, and they offered to come out to our event if any problems with the machine occurred. The chocolate they provided was delicious, and we got nothing but compliments from the people at the event.

I cannot begin to say enough about Best Event Rentals. We had an outdoor wedding reception on our family's ranch and rented a beautiful 40x60 tent with a false ceiling, chandeliers, a stage, dance floor, tables, chairs, glassware, lighting, generators, a separate food tent, and a bouncy house. Unfortunately, the night before the wedding we had some crazy weather. Lighting, rain, golf-ball sized hail, and a mini-tornado. Tricia was so incredibly nice and calm, and it seemed their whole focus was on making our day happen and take away stress. They called in a whole team and set up a whole new tent and moved and re-set up the dance floor and stage the day of our wedding. You would not have known we had such a disaster the night before... and we could not have pulled it off without them.
